Mercy Sibongile Gwaunza

Mercy is one of the founding members of the firm and has over twenty years in private practice. She started her practice with a bias towards labour law and is now a respected labour law attorney having worked with a number of corporates in the restructuring and re-organisation of their employment. Over the years she has expanded her areas of practice to include corporate, litigation, property law and conveyancing and is the one who heads the conveyancing department in the firm. As a firm, we have realized that the number of dispute settlement mechanisms has multiplied. The fast growing world now demands highly skilled professionals with a strong understanding of dispute resolution to tackle the most complex disputes in commerce. Mercy has couched herself a niche market in arbitration and is a registered arbitrator with the Commercial Arbitration Centre, Harare.
